Pasta Bake with Sneaky Vegetables

Happy Sunday from my kitchen to yours.  The changing of seasons has me craving warm, hearty, comfort food.  And this Pasta Bake did not disappoint.  Here's what I wanted when I created this recipes:

  • An elevated version of pasta and meat sauce

  • Something with sneaky vegetables that my 1 and 3 year old would eat

  • Something I could make ahead and heat up later

  • And plenty of leftovers for meals this week

Well, this dish checked all the boxes.  I'll be added this to the rotation all winter long.  Give it a try.  I hope it satisfies all the bellies around your table.
